WhatsApp Chat Analyzer for Dating Conversations

Open the conversation in WhatsApp on your phone, export it Without Media, and save the resulting .txt or .zip file. Choose the file on the Textopsy homepage and select your name. Your free results appear on the same page. For large chats, the browser uses the latest 4 MB of text.

Use a one-to-one dating conversation. A screenshot, encrypted device backup, or Instagram export is not a supported WhatsApp text export. The export guide has separate iPhone and Android instructions.

Textopsy calculates message and word counts for each participant across the messages the parser recognizes. Those totals are separate from the AI interpretation: 600 messages out of 1,000 means a 60% message share, not 60% of the care in a relationship.

Who texts first is measured by a specific rule: a message after at least six hours of silence counts as a new exchange. Average reply time uses the gaps between messages from different people. Consecutive messages from the same person count as extra sends before a response.

The free preview gives you a first look at the conversation metrics and a summary of possible patterns. Its grade, labels, confidence, and risk score are heuristic interpretations, not validated predictions about a relationship.

The optional paid report adds a longer AI-written interpretation, red and green flags, examples from sampled messages, and a shareable report. Payment is a one-time unlock. The checkout displays your currency, total, and optional add-on before you decide.

In a fictional chat, Alex sends 700 messages and Jordan sends 300. Alex also restarts 16 of the 20 exchanges after six-hour gaps. That is 70% of messages and 80% of marked starts: two different signs that Alex contributes more of the recorded activity.

Those counts justify checking whether that difference feels fair. They do not prove Jordan is uninterested: Jordan might write fewer, longer messages, arrange plans by phone, or have a different schedule. Read the numbers alongside the examples and the relationship you know.

A copied message often loses the surrounding exchange, sender information, and timing. A structured export lets Textopsy calculate the same measures for both people across the recognized history before interpreting it.

The AI currently receives aggregate metrics plus the first 50 and last 500 parsed messages. That sample can miss context in the middle of a long conversation. See the methodology and fictional sample report to understand the output before uploading.

Upload a .txt file, a .zip containing a recognizable WhatsApp chat text entry, or a valid export without an extension. Export Without Media to avoid sending attachments that are not analyzed.

Uploaded chat text may be stored temporarily in encrypted form for processing. Generated reports and metadata may remain, and providers are involved in processing. Only upload a conversation you have permission to share, read the privacy policy, and review private details before sharing a report link.
